A sync indicator on every screen shows Synced, entries waiting, or Offline. If the server rejects an entry, the app says why so it can be fixed and resent.

Face ID or Touch ID guards the app, two-factor sign-in is supported, and techs see only the actions their role allows. Sessions and account deletion are a tap away.
